"Time to Move on"

I'm writing this blog entry to Tom Petty's "Time to Move On". As I'm sitting here wondering what my next move is. This year has been less than stellar. Since the beginning seems to have a lot of hardships. I got a promotion to a new job and only 2-4 months later was told it was temporary. I lost my Aunt, lost my Grandmother, and my father had a mild heart attack the same day as my grandmother's funeral. For some reason, I let that dominate my thought process and just kept thinking about that most of the year. That's where this Tom Petty song comes in.
I was listening to this song tonight and started thinking what is it I want out of life, what do I want to achieve even in the next year. I will not let this year dictate the next. Also why I started to write this blog so I can share my thoughts and share things I enjoy. So this first entry is just a test and just to see how this works. More will follow in the coming days.
